Agile Open Holland 2010 registration

The conference has sold out. Would you still like to participate? Let us know, because one or two places might become available because of last minute cancellations.

The Agile Open conference fee is 65 euro. Agile Holland membership is required - if you are not yet a (paying) member, then the fee for a 1 year membership (30 euro) will be added to conference registration fee. Agile Holland does not charge VAT.

Note: if you participated in last year's Agile Open Holland in September 2009, then your membership is still valid).

Terms and conditions:

• The fee includes: 2 days of conference, 2 lunches, coffee/tea/other drinks, drinks and dinner on Thursday evening. Lodging is not included. Non-members receive a 1 year Agile Holland membership.

• The conference fees have to be paid in advance, by bank transfer. Your registration is final as soon as payment has been received. We will notify you of the receipt of your payment.
• We do not send an invoice by default. If you require an invoice, please indicate it on the form below. Note that we will not immediately send an invoice: we will send out invoices in two batches, the first one a week before the conference, the other one after the conference.
• The number of places is limited to 80, registration is on a first come, first served basis.
• The organizers have the right to cancel the event. In this case all paid fees will be refunded.
• It is possible to cancel your registration, but a partial refund will be made solely at the discretion of the conference administrators. A substitute may participate, provided that the organisation is notified in advance.
